After helping other companies either in the cloud or helping them “go cloud” the last couple of years, TechnologEase itself has had reason to do it, moving our first network appliance into the cloud this week.  The HOWTO on this will be posted soon.

Right now, there’s a lot going on just in shifting in-house technologies, platforms and directions and finally embracing for ourselves some of what we’ve advocated and built for others.  Economies of scale and timing have a lot to do with having not done it previously.  We face the same hurdles any other company faces.  Cost, timing and resources all come to play like anyone else.
